Sweet Senior Yorkshire Terrier Louie Needs a Home — and You Can Meet Him at the Pet Café!

Louie

SENIOR PUP LOUIE is looking for a loving home for his final years. The 13-year-old Yorkshire Terrier was abandoned when his former owner had a career change that required lots of traveling. Louie was alone or boarded most of time but now lives in a caring foster home.

Even though his eyesight is getting cloudy and his hearing is starting to go, he is still full of energy with lots of love to give! He has arthritis in his front leg but with medicine he can still run and play — his favorite pastime.

Louie is available to adopt from Pucci Café & Pet Boutique in Katy. Pucci — a play on Gucci — is inspired by owners Maria and Bobby Davidson's travels to pet cafés in Europe. The boutique features luxe designer accessories for dogs and coffee and wine for their human companions.

PUCCI Cafe Entry and Bar by Gin Design Group

The interiors are designed by Gin Design Group, the team behind La Colombe d'Or's redesign, and offers nods to classic European cafés. "We wanted a space that was open late that felt luxurious and high-end, where you can enjoy time with your dog," says Bobby. "After working a long day, sometimes our dogs end up being an afterthought, and we want to change that."

In addition to snacks for two- and four-legged customers, Pucci also hosts sip-and-see events for dogs needing a home. All their pets are in foster homes, so appointments are required to meet one of the many pets on their website.

Will you give Louie the happy sunset years he deserves?
