The well heeled crowd — which included industry pros and design aficionados — sipped Veuve and enjoyed bites courtesy of L’Olivier while learning about the 80-year-old Italian brand known for office and kitchen furniture. ... Meanwhile, another hip happy hour took place at B&B Butchers, where supporters of JDRF celebrated the organization’s upcoming Promise Ball with a rooftop patio party. Guests snacked on savory bites from the restaurant while soaking in skyline views on the warm, breezy evening — which fit well with the main event’s Havana Nights theme.
