What’s the secret to running a successful business in such times as these? Listening to my clients’ wishes and discovering what is of the utmost importance to them. I make it my goal to listen to the wants and needs of my client and immediately craft a plan that will work with the ideal budget and goals. Every buyer or seller has a unique situation. I take it very seriously and try to make every transaction a smooth and enjoyable experience. I want anyone I work with to leave feeling fulfilled and looking forward to their next move.

Who or what inspires you to reach greater heights of success? Above all, my family is my number one inspiration. Staying true to myself by following my passion and implementing a strong but balanced work ethic keeps me excited for every day. Having my son and daughter able to see my business grow by accomplishing my goals, even often having to work through difficult situations, is really what keeps me striving for more. I strive to be my best self for them in leading by example and for my clients.

Why do you do what you do? It is extremely rewarding and exciting to help people through what is usually one of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their life. Having the mindset of helping people, not just making a paycheck, is what makes my job so rewarding. Every client, property and hurdle is different. I am always ready to take on what comes my way with strength, knowledge and a little grace. When you set out to be of service to others, it changes everything.

What’s new for 2022 that you’re excited about? 2022 brings excitement as does every new year. A new year means new opportunities and new connections. Bring it on!

How did you get to where you are today? My journey to where I am today is built on a foundation of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Every step along the way, I faced obstacles, but I approached each one with determination and a “never give up” mindset. Instead of being discouraged by challenges, I used them as opportunities to grow and improve. Consistency was key—I committed to showing up and giving my best effort every day. I also learned not to take “no” as a final answer. Instead, I saw it as a chance to push harder, adapt, and find another way forward. It’s this combination of persistence, resilience, and unwavering focus that has brought me to where I am today.
